Ivana Sajko

Ivana Sajko (*1975 in Zagreb, Croatia) is a Croatian writer, theatre director and performer. She worked at the intersection of literature, performance art and music and wrote four novels as well as numerous political theatre pieces. Her notable works include *Woman-bomb*, *Rio Bar*, *Trilogy of Disobedience*, *On the Way to Madness (and Revolution)* and *Love Novel*. Sajko was a co-founder of the theatre group BAD co. and an editor of the art magazine *Frakcija*. She was named a Chevalier de l’ordre des Arts et Lettres and received the HKW Internationaler Literaturpreis in 2018 for *Love Novel*.
