Patrick Bahners

Patrick Bahners (born 1967) studied history and philosophy in Bonn and Oxford. From 1989 onward, he worked for the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, where he headed the culture section from 2001 to 2011. He subsequently served as the newspaper’s cultural correspondent in New York, Munich, and Cologne. From 2016, he was also responsible for its humanities section. His publications include the book Die Panikmacher.
