Anna Katharina Hahn

Anna Katharina Hahn (born 1970) is a German writer. Her first novel, “Kürzere Tage,” was published in 2009. “Am schwarzen Berg” (2012) was shortlisted for the Leipzig Book Fair Prize and reached number one on the SWR bestseller list. It was followed by “Das Kleid meiner Mutter” (2016) and “Aus und davon” (2020), which appeared several times on the Spiegel bestseller list. Her novel “Der Chor” was published in 2024. In 2025, Hahn held a fellowship from the Stiftung Bartels Fondation.
