Hilde Artmeier

Hilde Artmeier, born in 1964 in Upper Bavaria, studied biology at the University of Regensburg. She subsequently worked in the pharmaceutical industry and other sectors, including as a foreign-language commercial correspondent and translator. She began working as a freelance writer in 2000, and her debut novel was published in 2004. Her bibliography includes numerous crime novels and thrillers, including Donauherz (2018) and Gleißender Tod (2019), which she co-wrote with Wolfgang Burger.
