Ahmad Mansour

Ahmad Mansour (born 1976) is an Arab-Israeli psychologist and author. From 2004 onward, he worked in Germany on projects addressing extremism, including at the Heroes initiative and the HAYAT counseling center, focusing on radicalization, antisemitism, and oppression in the name of honor. From 2012 to 2014, he was a member of the German Islam Conference; he later worked as a research associate at the Berlin Center for Democratic Culture and as programme director of the European Foundation for Democracy. In 2018, he founded the Mansour Initiative for Democracy Promotion and Extremism Prevention (Mind Prevention). His books include *Generation Allah* (2015) and *Klartext zur Integration* (2018). Mansour has received, among other honors, the Moses Mendelssohn Prize (2014) and the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany in 2022.
