Carsten Linnemann

Carsten Linnemann (born 1977), who holds a doctorate in economics, studied business administration at FHDW Paderborn after completing his military service and subsequently pursued doctoral studies in economics at Chemnitz University of Technology. From 2006 to 2007, he worked as an assistant to Deutsche Bank chief economist Norbert Walter, followed by work as an economist at IKB Deutsche Industriebank, focusing on economic trends and small and medium-sized businesses. In 2009, he was first elected to the German Bundestag as a constituency representative for Paderborn. Linnemann comes from a family of booksellers.
