Winfried Bausback, born in 1965, is a lawyer and professor of public law. After studying law, he took up a university professorship in public law at the University of Wuppertal in 2007. He was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament from 2008 and served as Bavaria’s Minister of Justice from 2013.
