Jenni Zylka (born 1969) is a German journalist and writer. She has worked as a freelance journalist, screenwriter, presenter and commentator for media outlets including taz, Tagesspiegel, Der Freitag, Die Zeit, Spiegel Online, rbb, DLF, WDR and Rolling Stone. She has also served as a Grimme Award jury member and as a Berlinale selection commissioner, including for German emerging filmmakers. Her novels “1000 neue Dinge, die man bei Schwerelosigkeit tun kann” (2003) and “Beat, Baby, Beat” (2004) were published by Rowohlt.
