Lucy Fricke

Lucy Fricke, born in Hamburg in 1974, studied at the German Institute for Literature in Leipzig and worked in film for many years before publishing several novels and short-story collections. She has received multiple awards for her literary work. Her novel “Daughters” won the 2018 Bavarian Book Prize, was translated into eight languages, and adapted for the screen.
