Leonhard F Seidl

Leonhard F. Seidl, born in Munich in 1976, is a writer, journalist, editor and lecturer in creative writing. His novels include the crime novel »Fronten« (2017), the picaresque novel »Der falsche Schah« (2020) and »Vom Untergang« (2022). In 2007, he received an award for his project »Beschriebene Blätter – Kreatives Schreiben mit straffälligen Jugendlichen«, for which he conducted research in a prison. Seidl has also received several literary grants and awards, including a 2019 grant from Stiftung Literatur and the Hermann Kesten Fellowship in 2021.
