Gertrud Koch

Gertrud Koch is a German film scholar. She was a professor of film studies at Freie Universität Berlin. Her research focuses on aesthetic theory, film and image theory, and questions of political and historical representation. She was also spokesperson for the Collaborative Research Centre “Aesthetic Experience in the Context of the Transgression of the Arts.”
