Oliver Jehle worked as an assistant at the Chair of Art History at the University of Regensburg. Previously, he was a research associate in the Collaborative Research Centre “Aesthetic Experience in the Context of the Transgression of the Arts” at Freie Universität Berlin. His research interests include artistic processes such as sketches, drafts and drawings, art theory and aesthetics around 1800, as well as text-image hybrids, emblematics, rhetoric and the language of science around 1600.
