Wolfgang Struck

Wolfgang Struck is a professor of modern German literary studies at the University of Erfurt. His research focuses on the connections between literature, knowledge and science, as well as cultural techniques and postcolonialism. In 2019, he co-authored the book “Aus der Welt gefallen: Die Geographie der Verschollenen” with Kristina Kuhn. His other work has addressed colonialism and adventure, lost scientific travelers, and the representation of knowledge in maps.
