Norbert Kron

Norbert Kron, born in 1965 in Munich, is a writer, journalist, and filmmaker. He has worked for outlets including ARD and contributed cultural reports to “titel thesen temperamente” and “Aspekte,” as well as articles to newspapers and magazines. His novels include “Autopilot,” “Der Begleiter,” and “Der Mann, der E.T.A. Hoffmann erfand” (2022). In 2015, he co-edited the story collection “Wir vergessen nicht, wir gehen tanzen” with Amichai Shalev, featuring German and Israeli authors. His distinctions include grants from the Deutscher Literaturfonds, Villa Serpentara, and Villa Aurora.
