Kristin Schulz (born 1975 in Jena) is a German author, translator and literary scholar. She worked as a research associate at the Institute for German Literature at Humboldt University of Berlin and was affiliated with its Heiner Müller Archive/Transitraum. From 1997 onward, she published poetry and prose in journals and anthologies. Her own works include the prose collection “Das Elsterneinmaleins” (2005), the play “VWS Der Findling” (2010) and the poetry collection “Gesammelte Fehlmärchen” (2014). She translated works by, among others, Jean Genet, Claudine Galea, Christophe Huysman and Philippe Malone. She also edited audio and collected editions of works by Heiner Müller and Thomas Brasch. Her dissertation on Heiner Müller was published in 2009.
