Audrey Azoulay is a French civil servant and politician. From February 2016 to May 2017, she served as France’s Minister of Culture and Communication. In 2017, she was elected Director-General of UNESCO. In this role, she initiated projects to protect cultural heritage and promote high-quality education, particularly for girls and women.
