She is known for her roles in the films “Head-On” and “When We Leave,” as a detective in the Kiel-based “Tatort” series, and in “Game of Thrones.” In 2017, she was awarded the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany for her advocacy of equality for girls and women.
