Andreas Hinz was Professor of General Rehabilitation and Integration Education at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg from 1999 to 2020. Before that, he spent 16 years at the University of Hamburg contributing to research support for experiments in inclusive primary education. His areas of work included school and vocational integration, inclusion and inclusive education, inclusive school development, and inclusive and democratic education. He also focused on future planning in circles of support.
