Markus Linnemann

Markus Linnemann holds a degree in education and worked as a research associate at the Institute of German Language and Literature II at the University of Cologne. His academic interests included research methods in empirical language education, test development, and the cognitive processes involved in writing. He began writing during his school years. His early stories were influenced by science fiction and the Star Wars phenomenon of the 1970s; he later turned to mysterious themes. He occasionally presented short stories at local readings.
