Oliver Kalkofe (born 1965) is a German comedian, satirist, author and voice actor. He began his career on the radio comedy show “Frühstyxradio” at radio ffn. He became known for the award-winning television satire “Kalkofes Mattscheibe”, which earned him the Adolf Grimme Award in 1996 and the German Comedy Award in 1999. Together with Bastian Pastewka, he worked as an actor, screenwriter and producer on the Edgar Wallace parodies “Der WiXXer” (2004) and “Neues vom WiXXer” (2007). With Peter Rütten, he presented the film satire “SchleFaZ – Die schlechtesten Filme aller Zeiten”. Kalkofe also worked as a columnist, audiobook narrator and dubbing actor, and wrote for the German version of “Little Britain”. As a child, he discovered his passion for the audio-play series “Die drei ???” in a bookshop.
