Lutz Kreutzer

Lutz Kreutzer (born in 1959 in Stolberg, Germany) is a natural scientist with a doctorate and an author of thrillers, crime novels, and nonfiction. He also edited anthologies and short-story collections. He worked for many years as a manager in the IT and high-tech industries and founded a public-relations office at Austria’s Federal Ministry of Science and Research in Vienna. A mountaineer who climbed alpine routes up to grade 7, he drew on his professional travels and alpine experiences in his fiction. He coached authors at book fairs and conferences. His work received several fellowships.
