Helene Bockhorst

Helene Bockhorst (born 1987) became known as a comedian, stand-up performer, poetry slam artist and author. In 2018, she was the first woman to win the Hamburger Comedy Pokal. Her debut novel, “Die beste Depression der Welt,” was published by Ullstein Verlag in March 2020. Her short stories have received several literary awards, and she was selected as a fellow of the Literatur Labor Wolfenbüttel.
