Christiane Hutson

Christiane Hutson is a social scientist. At the University of Oldenburg, she was involved in projects addressing postcolonial criticism and strategies against racism in the academic community in Germany. Her diploma thesis examined the relationship between “race,” illness and health, and gender. Her contribution “Politische Partizipation als Selbstwertschätzung” was published on migration-boell.de. Hutson was also a member of the Center for Interdisciplinary Women’s and Gender Studies at the University of Oldenburg.
