Sabine Hark

Sabine Hark (born 1962) is a sociologist. She served as a professor of Gender Studies and Interdisciplinary Women’s and Gender Studies at Technische Universität Berlin, where she also directed the Centre for Interdisciplinary Women’s and Gender Studies. Hark was a co-founder of the German Association for Gender Studies (Gender e.V.) and a co-editor of the journal Feministische Studien. Her publications include the essay Unterscheiden und herrschen (2017), co-written with Paula-Irene Villa.
