Christina Bacher

Christina Bacher (born 1973) is a journalist and author of young adult books and crime fiction. From 2008 onward, she published works including the young adult crime series “Bolle und die Bolzplatzbande” and worked as editor-in-chief of the Cologne street magazine “DRAUSSENSEITER.” She co-founded the Marburg Crime Festival and edited the anthology “SOKO Marburg-Biedenkopf” in 2016. In 2013, she received a scholarship from Cologne’s cultural office in cooperation with the Antoniterkirche, as well as the “Tatort Töwerland” scholarship. She also founded “Bachers Büro,” a workshop for texts and writing projects.
