Ziska Riemann

Born in Munich in 1973, Ziska Riemann worked as a comic artist, illustrator, screenwriter and director. She published comic albums from 1991 onward, including four created in collaboration with Gerhard Seyfried. In 1999 she received a scholarship from the Munich Screenplay Workshop, and in 2001 the Tankred Dorst Screenplay Prize for her script „Die Hunde sind schuld“ („It’s the Dog’s Fault“). Riemann wrote and directed the feature films „Lollipop Monster“, „Electric Girl“ and „Get Lucky“. She also illustrated the children’s book „Lima und das Tanzen“.
