Andreas Losch

Andreas Losch (born 1972) is a theologian with a doctorate in theology. He worked at the University of Bern, including at its Center for Space and Habitability and Faculty of Theology, and held academic affiliations with the University of Zurich, the University of Pretoria, and the Center of Theological Inquiry in Princeton. His work included contributing to the Martin Buber edition, coordinating a project on the possibility of life beyond Earth, and researching an ethics of planetary sustainability. His dissertation, *Jenseits der Konflikte* (*Beyond the Conflicts*), was published in Göttingen in 2011 and received several awards.
