Svenja Leiber

Svenja Leiber was born in Hamburg in 1975 and grew up in northern Germany, spending part of her childhood in Saudi Arabia. She studied philosophy, literary studies, history and art history. She made her debut in 2005 with the story collection “Büchsenlicht”, followed by the novels “Schipino” (2010), “Das letzte Land” (2014), “Staub” (2018) and “Kazimira” (2021).
