Werner Jung

Werner Jung is a literary scholar and professor at the University of Duisburg-Essen. His fields include German literature from the 17th or 18th through the 21st century, as well as aesthetics, poetics, literary theory and textual scholarship. He has served as an editor or co-editor of the works of Heinrich Böll, Ludwig Harig and Georg Lukács. His publications include “Raumphatasien und Phantasieräume” (2013), “Poetik” (2014) and “Georg Simmel. Zur Einführung” (2016).
