Vojin Sasa Vukadinovic

Vojin Saša Vukadinović (born 1979) is a German historian. He studied history, German literature and gender studies in Freiburg and Basel and received his doctorate from the Friedrich Meinecke Institute at Freie Universität Berlin for a study of political violence in the Federal Republic of Germany and the history of left-wing terrorism. His research focuses include antisemitism, racism, migration, feminism and the history of emancipation movements. Vukadinović has edited several essay collections, including “Freiheit ist keine Metapher. Antisemitismus, Migration, Rassismus, Religionskritik” (2018), “Zugzwänge. Flucht und Verlangen” (2020) and “Rassismus. Von der frühen Bundesrepublik bis zur Gegenwart” (2022). He also republished Grete Hartwig-Manschinger’s novel “Rendezvous in Manhattan” and wrote an afterword to Mela Hartwig’s “Inferno”.
