Olga Hohmann (born 1992) grew up in Berlin-Kreuzberg and Weimar. After an internship at the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, she studied theatre directing at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Art in Berlin, graduating with a diploma in 2018. That same year, she began a master’s degree in fine art at the Piet Zwart Institute in Rotterdam. In 2021, she published her master’s thesis, “What I (don’t) remember”. This was followed by “The Overview Effect” (2022), “In deinem rechten Auge wohnt der Teufel” (2023), her prose debut, and “Stressed/Desserts” (2024).
