Franziska Franz

Franziska Franz was born in Detmold and is known as an author of crime novels, thrillers and crime stories. She began her writing career with adventure stories and other texts for children. She has also published a nonfiction book and, in 2024, the book “SpurenElemente” about historical criminal cases in Frankfurt, based on the true-crime podcast of the same name. Franziska Franz trained as an actress and has television experience, which she also draws on for her readings. In 2021, she served on the jury for the Friedrich Glauser Prize in the “Debut” category.
