Corina Caduff (born 1965 in Chur) is a scholar of literature and culture. She studied German literature in Zurich and worked as an assistant director and dramaturg at Zurich theatres from 1986 to 1989. She received her doctorate in 1991 with a study of Elfriede Jelinek, and subsequently worked as an editor at Radio DRS 2 and as a research assistant at the universities of Zurich and Geneva. In 2001, she completed her habilitation at Technische Universität Berlin. After guest appointments in Berlin and Chicago, she was a professor at Zurich University of the Arts from 2004 to 2017. Her publications include “Wozu Vergänglichkeit? Elf Gespräche über Atome, Tod und schwarze Löcher” (2018), “Sterben und Tod öffentlich gestalten” (2022), and the co-edited volume “Kontext Sterben” (2022).
