Thorsten Kirves

Born in 1963, Thorsten Kirves is a filmmaker and author. His short films, shaped by a fascination with cop and gangster stories as well as dark thrillers, were shown at festivals and on television and received awards. For Universal Studios, he directed two films in the thriller series “Urban Myth Chillers” as part of an international co-production. His first crime novel, “Der Aussteiger,” was nominated for the Friedrich Glauser Prize.
