Alex Michaelides

Alex Michaelides, born in 1977, was born and raised in Cyprus. He studied English literature at Trinity College, Cambridge, and completed a screenwriting program at the American Film Institute in Los Angeles. His debut novel, The Silent Patient, remained on the New York Times bestseller list for more than a year and was sold in 51 countries. His other works include The Maidens.
