Stephanie Jacobs

Born in 1963, Stephanie Jacobs studied art history, philosophy and psychology and earned a doctorate on nineteenth-century book illustration. She worked as an exhibition curator in Germany and abroad and directed the German Museum of Books and Writing at the German National Library in Leipzig from 2007 onward. Her publications as editor or co-editor include “Bildfabriken. Infografik 1920–1945. Fritz Kahn, Otto Neurath et al.” (2017), “Papier. Material, Medium und Magie” (2018), “House of Europe. Europäische Zeugnisse in der Deutschen Nationalbibliothek” (2022), and “Tiefenbohrung. Eine andere Provenienzgeschichte” (2023).
