Stephan Selzer

Stephan Selzer (born 1968) is a historian. He worked as a research associate at the Institute of History at the University of Halle and became Professor of Medieval History at the Helmut Schmidt University in Hamburg in 2008. His research focuses include chivalric and courtly culture, medieval mercenary forces, and the history of the Hanseatic League.
