Robert Rescue

Robert Rescue (born 1969 in Hesse) is a German author and live reader. Before turning to writing, he worked as a plastics moulder and IT specialist. He has written texts since 1995 and has performed them publicly since 1999. His publications include the collections “Eimerduschen” (2012), “Zum Glück hab ich wenigstens Pech” (2015), and “Das ist alles eins zu eins erfunden” (2018), as well as the novel “Der Intimitätendieb” (2014). He has also contributed to numerous anthologies and written for publications including Neues Deutschland, TITANIC magazine, and taz. Rescue has been involved with several reading stages and performance groups, including BRAUSEBOYS and “Vision & Wahn”.
