Kay Schiller (born 1962) is a historian who was Professor of Modern European History at Durham University in the United Kingdom. He also served as editor of the journal *Sport in History*. His research focused on the history of German-Jewish emigration after 1933 and on the Federal Republic of Germany after 1945. His publications include *Munich 1972: The Olympic Games in the Context of Modern Germany* (co-author, 2012), *WM74: Als der Fußball modern wurde* (2014), and *The FIFA World Cup 1930–2010: Politics, Commerce, Spectacle and Identities* (co-editor, 2014).
