Hans Ulrich Obrist (born 1968 in Switzerland) is a curator and exhibition maker. He previously worked as a curator at the Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris. Since his first exhibition, *World Soup (The Kitchen Show)*, in 1991, he has curated more than 300 exhibitions and published numerous texts and books on art, architecture and culture. As part of his interview project, he has conducted conversations with numerous artists. In 2011, he received the CCS Bard Award for Curatorial Excellence.
