Gelinada Grinchenko

Gelinada Grinchenko (born 1971) is a historian. She has worked as a research associate at the Historical Seminar of Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and was professor of world history at Oles Honchar Dnipro National University until 2023; she previously taught Ukrainian studies at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. Grinchenko has served as editor-in-chief of the scholarly journal Ukrajina Moderna and as co-chair of the German-Ukrainian Historical Commission and the Ukrainian Oral History Association. Her research focuses on oral history, the history and memory of the Second World War, memory studies, and Holocaust and genocide research.
