Curt Swan

Curt Swan was an American comic-book artist and one of the most prolific Superman artists of the postwar era. Over many years, he helped shape the character’s visual appearance and drew hundreds of issues of series including *Action Comics*, *Superman*, and *Superboy*. He also worked on stories featuring Batman, Wonder Woman, and Aquaman. Curt Swan died in 1996.
