Phillip Kennedy Johnson

Phillip Kennedy Johnson is a comics writer and musician. He first attracted attention in 2015 with “Last Sons of America,” published by BOOM! Studios. He subsequently worked for publishers including Archaia, IDW, AfterShock, Scout Comics, Marvel, and DC. His notable works include “The Last God,” “Superman,” “Action Comics,” “Marvel Zombies,” and “Extreme Carnage.” Johnson also served in the U.S. military and worked as a trumpet player, composer, arranger, and teacher. He was nominated for an Eisner Award.
