Grant Morrison

Grant Morrison (born 1960 in Scotland) is a comic book writer and creator. In the late 1970s, Morrison published early science-fiction comics in British magazines such as 2000 AD before moving into the US market. Morrison became known for work on DOOM PATROL and ANIMAL MAN, as well as the graphic novel BATMAN: ARKHAM ASYLUM. Other notable works include THE INVISIBLES, WE3, ALL-STAR SUPERMAN, New X-Men, MULTIVERSITY, and FINAL CRISIS. Morrison also wrote stories featuring characters such as Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and Green Lantern. The original work HAPPY! was adapted as a television series. Morrison also authored the nonfiction book Superhelden: Was wir Menschen von Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman und Co. lernen können.
