Bernd Auerochs

Bernd Auerochs (born 1960) is a German literary scholar. He taught as a professor of modern German literature and comparative literature, including at Kiel University. His publications include studies of the social novel in the works of Honoré de Balzac, Bertolt Brecht, and Uwe Johnson. He was also a co-editor of the works of Johann Karl Wezel.
