Ulrich Fries

Ulrich Fries (born 1949) is an entrepreneur who earned his doctorate with a dissertation on Uwe Johnson’s novel Anniversaries (»Jahrestage«). In 1994, he co-founded the Johnson Yearbook (»Johnson-Jahrbuch«) with Holger Helbig. His co-edited publications include the Johnson Studies (»Johnson-Studien«) and Johnson’s Anniversaries: The Commentary (»Johnsons ›Jahrestage‹. Der Kommentar«).
