Sebastian Erb is a journalist. Until 2023, he worked as an investigative reporter at the taz and subsequently served as an editor in the investigative research department of Süddeutsche Zeitung. His reporting on far-right extremism in the German armed forces and police has received, among others, the Wächterpreis, the Otto Brenner Prize and the »Langer Atem« award. In 2019, Medium Magazin named him a member of its »Team of the Year«.
