Sascha Basler

Sascha Basler is a German chef and cookbook author. Before pursuing a career in gastronomy, he spent more than 20 years working in the music industry. He later worked as a tour chef for pop stars including Sarah Brightman, as well as a caterer and private chef. Basler received a Gault Millau award for his “Curry Queen” concept. He has also worked as a food developer, gastronomic consultant, and initiator of pop-up restaurants.
