Harald Wohlfahrt is a German chef. As head chef of the Schwarzwaldstube at the Hotel Traube Tonbach in Baiersbronn, he led the restaurant to 25 consecutive three-Michelin-star distinctions. Wohlfahrt trained numerous leading German chefs. In 2017, he handed over the kitchen leadership to Torsten Michel and subsequently focused on consulting and recipe development.
