Rena Rosenthal

Rena Rosenthal grew up in a small town near Oldenburg and spent much of her childhood in her parents’ tree nursery. Although she did not pursue a career as a gardener, she retained a strong affection for flowers. Her trilogy “Die Hofgärtnerin” reached the bestseller lists. She subsequently wrote the “Eispalast” series, inspired by the history of early female figure skaters and set in Vienna.
